From the forum: "I just got done running my credit card sales form the show I did yesterday. I have one card that came up "invalid account". I ran it three times, same thing every time. I looked to see if I could have misread my handwriting. But nope, the number is what I wrote down. I looked for the woman's name in the phone book, Googled her, and did people searches on 5 different sites. Her last name is unusual, so it's not like trying to find a Smith. What can I do? Any suggestions?"
