Can word of mouth marketing be useful for selling crafts? Possibly. I can see where viral marketing would be helpful when selling to galleries and shops. For instance, at lots of trade shows, shop owners who are friends will travel together. We've sold large orders to one shop owner who, in turn, tells another about our products. Next thing you know, we are taking another order for another shop within minutes!
