While we were shopping at Wal-Mart this weekend, I was surprised that reports were coming in that sales were down for them this year. The crowds were enormous! To boost sales they are offering lots and lots of discounts this year. Now would be a great time to pick up any items you may need for your business. If you are considering purchasing any large items like, say maybe a new computer or printer, from the large retailers, now is a good time to do it. Not only will you save because of the discounts, but you will also be able to get those purchases in before the end of the year for tax purposes.
