Display Walls

Sunday May 27, 2007
A question from the forum about the best way to hang paintings in tents has received some great advice so far... Instead of simply handing the paintings on pegboard, what would be a better solution? The are lots of appealing ways to display hangings inside your booth and I'm sure some of you will have some great advice. However, should the walls be different for indoor and outdoor events? And how versatile should you make the display walls? Remember a ten-by-ten space can be very different from one venue to the next.

I’m glad you asked this question, you must have read my mind. I sell my art work at different shows and I’m having a hard time dislpaying them too. I think I’ve came up with an idea. I thinking of buying metal closet shelving-the kind you buy at Lowes and hang yourself. Hanging the shelving vertical and straping them together and to the top of the tent. Then using some kind of bracket to hang the paintings to. I need help too.
Thanks, Dawn
