Good Neighbors At Shows

Sunday September 16, 2007
We've all had great "neighbors" at craft shows. We've also all had lousy exhibitors parked next door for several days to us at shows. Make sure you are someone who is respected by your fellow crafters at events. First of all, do not invade your neighbor's booth. Keep your display within the allotted space at all times. If your display is set up in a way that allows your customers to stand in your neighbor's space, you are still being disrespectful of the booth boundaries. And on the same note, if the crafter in the booth right next to yours has display materials inside your space, make sure you politely (but firmly) ask them to stay within their booth.
