Mailing Lists and Marketing

A powerful weapon in your marketing arsenal is a well-built and properly maintained mailing list. These days a lot of crafters are using newsletter via the Internet to keep in touch with customers. When you do this, make sure you follow the no-spam rule. This means that your mailing list is an opt-in list where people ask to be subscribed. If you try to make mailings to people who did not request your information you will find out that your mailing list will work against you by ticking people off.
