Selling Online

Sunday November 9, 2008
When you start out selling crafts online there are a couple of things to keep in mind. First, make sure you have plenty of high quality images of your crafts displayed on the site. Make sure that people can get a good clear picture of your items. Secondly, most internet marketing sales pitches are garbage. If someone says they can get you a #1 Google placement, they are probably out to take your money. You can do most of the marketing yourself for quite a bit less.

would like to increase my sales, have done a lot of advertising. I am selling through craft shows and private sales, but the internet right now is slow. I would like to boost that up a bit. Hope economy gets better

I agree with Jackie. I got tons of hits on my site, but no sales. Get some custom work through it, but have much more luck with craft fairs. It is very crazy.
