The Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts is considering moving from Gaitlinburg, TN due to unfavorable lease negotiations with the Pi Beta Phi Fraternity. Addressing the issue, Arrowmont has appointed a task force to weigh their options regarding the location of the school after 2012. The task force consists of members of the Arromont Board of Governors and senior staffers from the school.
Failing to resolve the lease issue and staying in Gaitlinburg, top alternatives appear to be moving the school to Knoxville or Greeneville, TN.
