This Black Cat Halloween Treat Bag is a customer favorite at all the fall craft shows I attend. Check out my instructions to make this bag using resist, black paint and silk. While the silk painted version is very easy to make, the great thing about this bag is that it's super easy to make if you don't paint the fabric and use purchased black silk or felt instead.
