"Lois" asks: "I make specialized birdhouses... They all have "miniatures" on them, i.e. forest animals, firetrucks, and signs. These are all fragile and will break instantly when handled. How can I be nice but still keep my products nice for the person who buys my product? I really have more problems with grown ups than the children. Children, are expected to see small toy like figures and touch but, adults, they should know better."
