A good topic in the forum about wholesaling. Do you need an "agreement" form when you are selling wholesale? Actually, if you will be prepaid or paid COD, I don't think anything further is needed. However if you will be extending credit to your buyers, you need to have your customers sign a contract declaring when you will be paid and what kind of penalties will be applied for late payments.
