Selling At Shows Is Not For Everyone

Are you thinking of starting out selling what you make to the public at shows? Be very careful in you’re planning before taking on a full show circuit your first year selling crafts! While traditional craft shows can be very profitable for some people, the "traditional show" is becoming a thing of the past. Today many crafters who used to sell at shows are opting to take a different route. Internet sales, home shows, and trade events are starting to replace the retail craft show market. Why? Well, if you cannot make fees and expenses then you have to find other ways to sell your crafts!
