Trade Show Preparations

Sunday September 10, 2006
The start of the year is a good time for attending trade or wholesale shows. Now is the time to start preparing for these events. What seems to be selling the best at your retail shows? Do you see any trends in "hot" products that you do not produce? Now you can start developing your new lines and test them at retail markets to see what sells. Then set your wholesale price according to the retail price point that seems to work best. And, don't forget to have plenty of samples for trade shows! Some events are wholesale AND retail so make sure your inventory is built up to a point that you will do well at these events if you are planning to attend.
