Some of the most helpful advice you will get in your crafting career will be from fellow craftspeople; so, being a good neighbor to other exhibitors is not only polite but also important for your business.

1. When setting up, be sure to keep your display within your space.
2. If you are unsure as to the boundaries of your booth, ask neighbors or consult show staff.
3. Do not set up displays so that your customers will be in front of someone else's space.
4. Be polite by visiting other exhibitors.
5. Do not "over visit" by talking with exhibitors when customers are present.
6. Keep your booth open during the entire show.
7. Offer to help other exhibitors by "booth sitting" if needed.
8. Remember that, like you, everyone is there to make money.
   

1. If someone is being a bad neighbor to you, try to politely speak with him or her about it before going to show officials.
2. Take the opportunity of a slow show to network with others. You will gain valuable information!
