There was alot of outside events (pony rides ect). I found throughout the day to be slow, but it picked up at the end ... The Silent Auction was a big hit...that really drew the people inside to see the vendors. |

Very poorly run. Majority of the craft vendors were situated in a backwater behind a wall of bushes far from the main traffic. There was no advertising promoting the craft and art area or directing event goers. There were no garbage cans in our area. The booth locations were not provided until 8:00am the day of the festival. Many booths (mine included) were visually blocked by a large tree. There were several prime spots along the high traffic areas but there was no location switching on the second day even though we all paid the same high rate. |

This was Ancaster's 1st (Vendor/Craft) Market benefiting the Heart and Stoke Foundation, held in the garden centre at Ancaster Fortinos...It was alot of fun - will be returning next year...good traffic on the Sat ... Sun it rained but was still ok... was advertised in the paper...could have put signs on the road (directing customers)... flyers were put in the grocery bags |

Set up behind a midway, looking into the backs of the trailers. Mostly 15 year olds at a fair. Never saw the promoters once. No one that we met in the "Craft Show" area were repeats from last year. We all left early Sat and I didn't return Sunday at all. Such a shame, and a waste of a perfectly good weekend. With better placement in the park and better advertising of the Crafters, this might have had some potential... |
