Comments: we did the festival in april,which turned out to be a mediocre event at the hudgins&armstrong lot@chappell hill. sat. mornrng we were asked to submit our payment for the festival in oct. we prepaid the 175.00 for oct. im may we called mr hudgins for a cancellation for the oct fest,due to impending medical conditions and was told that he had already received 5 cancellations.,he said he would check with his wife and get back to us.we called him two weeks later and was told to be nice to him and he would be nice to us.the oct festival has passed and no word from him.so i would advise all crafters to be aware of this buisness group at chappell hill.
