A web site providing a full array of information about a business such as location and hours of operation.

Main Purpose:

To be used as a resource by potential customers. Any facts a business would include in a print catalog is also posted to an informational web site.

Difference Between e-Commerce and Informational Web Sites:

E-Commerce allows customers to purchase business craft products online. Informational Web sites don’t have this capability.
